SYF is nearing.
Gold with honours?
Thats the question in everyone's mind.
And thats also the answer that everyone want to hear.
You know...
Sometimes, you can't just help but think.
Is winning the competition that important?
Does getting the gold with honours means you have done proud to your school, your seniors, your instructors, your conductors, your co mates, your family, and most importantly,
yourself?
Are we all blinded with the desire to want to achieve GWH...
That we have forgotten and lost our passion for co?
For OUR co?
Are we doing all of this for ourselves?
For our seniors?
Or for our CO?
Are we selfish people that care about ourselves, and do not wish to let those who are poorly skilled to drag us down during SYF?
Or are we one strong bonded chinese orechestra who care for one another?
I'm starting to lose a sense of belonging to HCICO.
I'm starting to lose the feeling that I once had with my seniors.
But I'm starting to like the music.
I'm starting to realise the importance of optimism.
I'm starting to hope for the gold with honours which everyone is being pessimistic about.
I'm starting to care for our co.
But..
Is it just me?
Or is everyone in the co like that?
With our progress,
Can we make it in time?
I believe we can.
Because we are HCICO.
